Sorry to pee on your fire but any snow this weekend will be very limited maybe 1-5cm's looking at the latest gfs 12z run very little precipitation but it will turn colder so at least it will preserve what little there is.maybe a few flurries mon to wed but no sign of any big dump. Neutral Neutral

Forecasts I am looking at show snow for 2 days from friday onwards with a drop in temp, does not say how heavy though, but i would think a lot more than 5cm in two days??????????????

According to the 4-6 day forecast from snow-forecast.com, there should be around 20cm from Fri night to Mon morning.

"It will snow if it wants too", no use keep checking on all the weather sites cos they all tell you different.

Although it is difficult to accurately predict just how much snow is going to fall from friday night until early next week, I am confident that it will be a good enough dump to ensure that the pistes will be in much better condition and allow for much smoother runs i.e. fewer exposed rocks and vegetation.
