IS THERE AN ICE RING IN BORO

My sis is going out and was asking about an ice ring.I remember there being one somwhere in boro but cant remember.

any ideas

Not anymore - they've built apartments and shops there now.

They are considering another one under the Super Boro plan- sometime never!!
