Well Deano - there's lots to look forward to. First the skiing. I would suggest your first run should be -- top of the 3 man chair, ski about 50 yds then turn right. This will lead you on to the back blue which is an excellent wide slope and is perfect for finding you skiing legs. Once you have done that I would suggest you ski all the way back to the bottom. You can do this on all blues and it should take you no more that 20 minutes.
Once you have mastered that, go back up the 3 man, ...

Once you have mastered that, go back up the 3 man, then ski back under it for approx. 100yds until you see a nursery slope on your left. Ski down there and it leads to a fairly long testing red all the way to the bottom.
As for the bars, The White Hart is brilliant early on with a live band and great atmosphere. Later on check out The Apres Ski Bar for another live band and then head to weither DJ's (formerly known as BJ's) or Daks Bar.
Wherever you end up you are sure to have a blast and I bet you'll be coming back year after year for more of the fun that can only be found in Bulgaria.
