I would personally avoid the nursery in the Rila. We took our 3 year old there last year and the staff didn't have a clue. Children were walking out of the nursery door without the staff even knowing they had gone.
The Inghams Nursery is in the hotel Ela, just so there is no confusion!!
Personally i can recommend the Samakov Nursery if you can get in, its even better this year been given a good going over and 'refreshing'
My 4 year old son used the nanny service at the Ela last year booked through Inghams , he really enjoyed going.
We would drop him off at around 9:45 before our ski lessons and pick him up at 3.30, we saw him a few times at the bottom of the slopes on his skis or bumboard, they are not forced to ski if they don't want to. They also watch videos , draw etc..
The Inghams kindergarten is brilliant - according to the kids and we thought it was great too!
My 2 were 5 & 7 the year we used it. Skiied twice per day if they wanted - all children encouraged to go out in the mornings - some of the younger ones rest in the afternoon if they wish to. As well as the 2 nannies they are accompanied on the slopes by at least 2 instructors from the Albena Ski School who are also excellent. They don't use the lifts but they were certainly great little ...

Apart from their lessons they also enjoyed bumboarding and sledging and it was great to see the kids on the lower slopes with their faces painted!!
We left them at 9.15 and returned each day at 4.30 as we didn't need to worry if they were in good hands.
we used it over new year for our 3 and 4 year olds and they were very happy.they got to try skiing and did bumboarding in the afternoons.you should have no problems!
