Anyone travelled with Inghams to Bansko - Particularly the Lion hotel

There are 11 of us travelling on the 17th and I just wanted a few answers
Do you get your ski passes etc on the coach from Airport
Where do Inghams customers get their kit from - Are there huge queues
What time do the kit places open on the Sunday (first day)
Is it better to rent a ski locker by Gondola or use hotel storeage room
Are there lots of loo's on the Mountain for us girls?

loos u will be ok really modern ones near top of gondola.good ones at top of mountain in restaurant.have to pay 4 loos at middle restaurantsbottom of 2,3,+4 runs i always carry some tissues just in case but loos r fine at bansko.havent stayed at lion but perun next door ,looks a nice hotel and has had some good reviews.minibus to gondola so u can take your skis back to hotel or if they r hired ones leave them in hire place overnight.i always go and get my stuff really early first day then go up in the gondola before the rush,have a coffee up the top or a sneaky first run of the day
