The adults were in a seperate group to the children. The children had the instructor 'Vera' who made the skiing experience a bad nightmare. One of the main problems were her disabilities of speaking english, she seemed to think eight year olds could understand her commands in Bulgarian . She had many more faults not to mention smoking in an enclosed and non smoking area, keeping expirenced children on nursery slopes for the better part of the holiday and taking her stress and anger out on children, half way down dangerous and steep hights of the mountain.
If you have had the 'pleasure' of skiing with Vera please let us know your comments asap
Never skied with Vera, but I am surprised.
I've had loads of instructors in Pamps and they have all been great instructors and people. I always take my son and the Bulgarians welcome kids everywhere and are great with them...???
It can't be easy looking after a bunch of kids and keeping them safe, but I doubt the ski school would want a repeat.
