A few people have said, like myself that Columbus Direct are paying £40 per day piste closure if you take out the "Ski Super" Insurance. However, my policy has come today and it only pays £20 per day up to a maximum of £400 - so you need to be there for 20 days to get this amount back. Not very clearly defined
talking of insurance.....we paid £600. with a well know travel agent up-frount for a package deal of lessons, pass's,bords ect {as its our first time} and as most people worring about no snow over xmas, so rang them just to find out about "what happens if" and apparantly we could only get the £20. a day back when/if claiming.....
yes i agree.. maybe i expect to much...i thought i might be also compasated £20. a day for not be able to snowboard as i've paid a little bit more for an activaty holiday than to go sight seeing, and listoning to the kids moaning all day {thay are not that keen on that sort of thing} then having to spend even more money tring to amuse them ....just to let people who are not aware, if we transfer to another slope we have to pay up frount and claim the money back when we return. the nearest ...
