Insurance question, think I lied,

Just done my insurance, and amongst the questions, have you ever been diagnosed with a psychiatric illness, I'm not entirely sure I told the truth when I said NO! Will this mean I wont get a payout if I get carried off the piste by gremlins or a troll as i go over a bridge trip trap tripping, as one does,
