Hi Gang, We are off to Borovets at the end of the month, 28th. I am an intermediate skier with my daughter and wife just below. What lessons would you recommend? 1 full week of ski school or just book a few hours local lessons on arrival? Hopefully someone will be able to advise on experience of being in a silmilar situation.

This is our second year, last year was fantastic. Anyone with doubts, leave them at the airport and go with an open mind on a mission to enjoy yourself. Our group last year of 20+ had a ball and only about 12 skied.
This year was our second year, and we all had Intermediate lessons everyday. The instructors will give the intermediates a quick test then group you according to ability. If you find it to easy you can always move up group or move down if you are finding it to hard.
But the importent thing is to ski and enjoy yourself.
Not a usual self boaster, but, I took advanced lessons last year all week, 4hours a day and it was great! Our instructor was nuts and took us all over the place. He really pushed us and having very (cocky) confident men in the group made it even funnier as they thought they could keep up with the instructor who competes in slalom skiing!, have the lessons you'll have a blast.
Cheers, we have booked the ful ski packs, excellent value for money £144 for an adult. euipmnt hire, lessons and lift pass, individually priced would be £192. How many hours skiing do you have under belt Raynor?
