Yes there is, some hotels have access, and there is an internet cafe in the resort

The best is to use the small internet cafe in samokov hotel for a short message, cheap but slow, the inetcafes are real expensive, for a longer surf went to samokov town, faster internet for 1,50 lev an hour. Use the chance for shopping and eating it is worth a trip.
