Is it so cold?!?

I will come with my family on Borovets (hotel Flora residence), on 27.January, for 7 nights.
I saw on some sites that the weather is going to change to very very cold (-10C). Does someone know more about forecast?

Believe me -10'C is nothing. Wait until you are on the mountain in an exposed area and you add the windchill factor to that -10'C and that will very easily become -20'C or colder.

Windchill of -19c forecast, now that's cold!

Apparently my boss has just told me that depending on how much moisture in the air will depend on how cold it "feels" eg in Scotland it could be -2 and would feel really really cold, but in Bulgaria you could feel warm at this temp. I'm confused, must have been off that day at school!!
