Is that rain or snow?

Just looked at the Chepelare Town Centre webcam.......it's doing something, but can't tell if its rain or snow. Somebody please tell me its SNOW!

It's snowing in Borovets right now, and has been most of the night on the webcams. Wouldn't be surprised if it is snowing in Chepelare.
