Is that snow of the webcam?

And look at camera 2. It does change from time to time but you will see what looks very like snow flakes on the lense.

I know there is a lot of mist ect at the moment, BUT keep looking at that particular webcam as it rotates so the location changes every minute or so and you will see whate looks like snow plakes actually stuck to the lense!
