Is the new Bansko lift open yet?

Is the new Bansko lift open yet?

Not really interested in pipe or park but is the new Four Man lift to the extreme left of the mountain, at the very bottom of run 12 (and at the top of Ski road No.2) open yet? It wasn't Xmas though they ran a couple of chairs on it (guess to see if the cable would snap). Anybody just back can confirm? Cheers John.

If its the one I think you mean, takes you to the top of 5&10 on the left hand side it has been open for over a year, you must have just been unlucky that week.

Is it definitely a new lift? I'm sure that one was open last season - there was a very small bar next to it and a porta-loo.

Cheers for that. It does go to top of 5 &10 but was shut (obviously) over crimble, judging by your comments, Bb. It must have been new last year (it still looked new when I went past it), as you say Ed. Lets just hope they crank it up next week. All the best John.
