Is there to be a 2nd Gondola to be built in Bansko

I read on another message board that there are plans by a German and Swiss consortium to build another Gondala lift in Bansko. Does anyone know anything about this? It may just be an internet rumour. Apperantly the mayor of Bansko thinks that once all the building work that is going on in Bansko is complete Bansko will be more busy and a 2nd gondala will be needed.
