Is it my eyes deceiving me or is this snow falling in borovets?

does that just borovets webcam actually work. I just get a blank white page everytime i go to it.

Blank screen for much of today but it has been working for the last two weeks, I am sad enough to have a look at it 5 or 6 times a day!!!

ther are 30 of us going out on the 27th to borovets looks like the snow is melting and it does not look like snowing for the next week accordingto the 6 day forcast or have i ot it wrong
