Hi All,
Arrived in a heavly snowed on Borovets on Saturday evening for our first sking trip and we have had 2 fantastic days sking all be it on the beginners slopes. we are in the famous Samokov not allways for the right reasons but we have not encountered any problems so far. If you are coming out here in the next few weeks you are also in for a real treat. the people are frendly and how cheap is the booze 2 vodkas and coke for just over 2 quid in the happy hours . oh and for the fellas ...

I can not put in to words how excited i am!! Never been before!!The nearest i have been to skiing, is when i put on my mates snow borading boots and tried to snow board on his carpet!! Weird....Yes!!

And the internet acces in the Samokov is only 3 lev for 1hr.......so no excuse to keep everyone informed Darren, it's just finding the time!!!jimbo
