J2SKI - why the fluctuations

Yesterday I checked j2ski snow forecast - around 25 cm for Pamps, checked couple of hours ago and down to 6cm. Now back up to 25cm.

Any of you boffins on here cast any light on why so many fluctations in the reports.

well, Daniel has been spot on technically--I referred to my many weather forecasting books, and the correct terminology to use is 'they are all crap'......you are so lucky that we have such a great depth of technical knowledge on this site--personally i would have just said they are all a load of b***o*ks, but I have never been very good when it comes to techical speak

How many times has it been said that all the tourist related sites predict bugger all and guess the weather?

WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN...THIS FORUM IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GET AN ACCURATE FORECAST?

the extra snow will start on 27th and fall off and on for 1 week
