Hi everyone

I have just got back from Borovets early this morning.

I have had a brilliant week skiing. This was my 5th time skiing (1st time to Borovets) and I will definitely be going back.

The snow conditions have been great. It has snowed a few times last week and there is plenty of snow cover over the mountain. In particular the slopes at the top of the gondola are just amazing - there is so much powder you just do not know what to do with yourself.

As to be expected when it does not snow for a few days the usual ice patches appear but as soon as the snow falls again it is fine.

The web cam shows such a tiny picture of the resort. All you are looking at is the nursery slopes. There are 2 four-man chair lifts (one to the right of the webcam and one to the left (which you cannot see). There are also various button lifts. Further to your right of the webcam there is the gondola and another 4-man chair and again other buttom lifts at the top of the mountain.

Everyone who is going out in the next few weeks will have just a brilliant time!!!!!!

Drinking holes: We mostly went to the Titanic, Black Tiger Bar, Francos and the Buzz Bar. There is just loads of choice of places to eat and drink (all really cheap). There are also plenty of shops to buy snow gear at dead cheap prices. We saw loads of Billabong T-Shirts etc for about £8 - £10.

Things get a bit manic in the mornings to collect your ski gear from the Depots but if you can throw yourself out of bed and get to the slopes for about 9.15am you will have the slopes to yourself which is just amazing especially at the top of the gondola.

Overall had an ace holiday and just want to go back now.

PS. My ski instructor Ivan was just the best. If any of your get him you will be so lucky!!!!
