Hi Just back from Pamps and had nightmare journey home to Doncaster, We too were diverted to sofia, but unfortunately the bus we were put on was knackered.

It had 1 head light a dodgy driver and 40 tired and irate passengers!. Basically the bus electrics and gear box ( i think) were knackered and the bus kept cutting out and stalling in the middle of the road. Not great in freezing fog.

Eventually got the bus to pull in to a service station where half the passengers got off in protest and made the Rep sort another bus.

Get this though.... the Rep rang her boss who ordered her to get everyone back on the bus immediately as there was no replacement bus and we may not be guaranteed a place on the flight.

In the end we made such a fuss they got us another bus and we got to Sofia in record time, checked in and got straight on the flight with no time to spare not even time for a wee!

I have to say the flight cabin crew were very understanding and couldn't do enough for you, but if anyone who works for Thomsons is reading this they want their heads read ordering that poor Rep to get all the pasengers back on the bus as we would more than likely had an accident.

Anyway finally landed at 4am and had an awesome time...so bring on the questions and I will do my best to answer. We stayed in the Orlevettes which was great,
