Im assuming `Jaeger' is Jägermeister ??
A large chimney with a log fire ??
Chill out music ?? but loud ??
Preferenced is not a word, but i get your gist...
Criteria does not seem unreasonable...
But finding all three in Bansko might be a problem
The Perun Hotel sells Jager (BGN 5.50) and has a nice fire (don't think you will get loud chilling out music here though) http://www.hotelperunbansko.com/
and there is a new bar called the London Pub which also sells Jager (BGN 5.00) and has a fire and also has live music http://www.londonpub.biz/
Hope that helps! When are you going to Bansko and where are you ...

In Germany, it is still drunk as a digestif, sometimes humorously called Leberkleister (“liver glue”). It is also commonly used in small quantities ...

Guys try the Meister with vodka and redbull ! Its called a 'Jager bomb' and it will keep you going all night. Well at least untill you hit the oxygen anyway !!
You used to be able to pick up a large bottle of Jaeger at Sofia airport for £2.50, bet it's not that price anymore, shame as it's the drink of the gods!!!!!!!!!!!
