Nothing as yet. They're supposed to be getting back to my partner around 2pm (she knows more about legal issues than I do). The woman went off to speak to her managing director. I'd imagine they're probably contacting their lawyers or something to see what they can do. I also contacted VISA about the payment for the holiday which has been accepted so that gives us an extra leg to stand on according to some legality which my partner knows about. I think the disclaimer is the big issue here ...

Yeah that was George, pretty tall with a shaved head. Sound bloke and great instructor. He gave me his e-mail last year but it never worked, just wondered if he's still there so we can get some more intermediate lessons.Jonty

Last year we were delayed by 9 hours at Gatwick (there's a report somewhere on here for the gritty details) and so I ended up with a beginners group. He said I could change if I wanted in a day or so, or stick close to the group near the end of the lesson and he'd take me down some steep stuff. I stuck with him and he spent almost an extra hour a day with me. Sound bloke!re: Jonty!! Whats the latest?
Jonty just been looking at your posts mate. Well done dont give up on it threaten them with the small claims court , newspapers, watchdog anything just get that price!
