Well...My Holiday, My Experience and My Opinion!!!
We had some ups and downs but didn't let it ruin the Holiday!!
Ok food... We ate in the hotel most nights...but we did eat out aswell...eating out was better and wasn't expensive...But the food in the Rila was good could always find something and always something new to try... One thing i will say if you eat in the resturant downstairs next to the pool..the drinks are more expensive than the upstairs resturant...Someone asked me if they have high chairs ...yes they do...I had my best meal in The Green King!
Ok lets get the bad bit about the Rila out of the way...Someone Stole my Brothers Lift pass from out of our room, it was attached to his ski jacket which was hanging by the door when we went out and in the morning it was gone. a women a couple of doors down had her Ski jacket taken from her room which was also hanging by the door and someone else had thier suitcase taken also... This all happened on the 2nd night. The maids were fab our room was always cleaned and i would say could be trusted, my kids left netbooks and ds's in the room and they were still there when we got back from skiing, we just took extra caution at night.
The swimming pool was great my eldest was in it everynight with her friends she had made...

It was really good to meet up with you, your brother and the girls (every day!). I didn't realise you had such problems and you did very well not to to let in get in the way of your holiday.

I did hear about a couple of people also having problems in the Rila, although I know no exact details. Possibly this was your unfortunate story being retold.

I have invested some personal faith in the staff in the Rila and have left my ski boots / helmet in the Ski Depot as I'm returning in 3 weeks. So it will be interesting to see what happens here and will feed back later.

I guess there are bad apples in every bunch - I hope this doesn't spread elsewhere.
