Just got home from Pamps, had a FAB FAB time! Very sorry to be back in England so soon. We couldn't board yesterday because of the conditions, i.e. a rain storm like none I have ever witnessed before. Pamps is in desperate need of some significant snow, failing which I don't hold out much hope for those heading out today or next week, according to the instructors, it is just far to warm and therefore anything that would be snow normally is just falling as rain.

We stayed at the Bor I can only assume that the people on here who had been and said that it was pretty poor, didn't get one of the newly upgraded rooms, we had a lovely room and bathroom (with a bath!). Food was luke warm (!) unsurprisingly but it served its purpose.
We had a lovely boarding instructor, Angel, who was great (and also very very cute). He was very patient with everyone and we all came on leaps and bounds over the week.
Just to sum up for now (dying for an "English cup of tea") it was fantastic, I would go back every year! I will post more later.
Just the same as last year YT, hoping it is just another one of our blips and we will pull it out of the bag in March. funnily enough February seems to be a strange month for us, never-mind at least we are doing better than Wednesday!
The blue and white half of Sheffield grabbed a 1-0 victory this afternoon, and to be fair to Sheffield Wednesday they are in the bottom half of the Nationwide (Coca-Cola) League Division 2 and STILL get well over 20,000 at home
My girlfriend and I leave next Saturday for Bansko - can't wait
So Bladegirl are you a fellow Yorkie like me and are you born and bred Sheffield, live there still?
20,000 muppets who even turn up to see them loose to Blackpool! Nuff said on that point!
Lived in Sheffield for about 4 years, my hubbie is a Yorkie thru and thru and there was no way he was leaving Sheffield so I had to move up, I love it here though.
You will have a great time next week just fingers crossed for a large dump of snow this week as the conditions as you will no doubt see on the webcam are pretty pants at the mo.
Bladegirl, there is no webcam here for Bansko and the Bansko Official site webcams show a decent level of snow in the resort adn conditions are the best of any Bulgarian resort at Bansko.
Although Bansko had a little rain yesterday snow is back and lots due in the next few days.
So you actually moved to Sheffield - moved from where?
