The swelling around his brain has gone and he's feeling a lot better now. His nose is definately broken and he has several cuts to his face but although his ankle is very very sore - it's not broken.
He has been given the all clear to fly home tomorrow subject to no after effects in the morning.
He seemed more embarrassed that he has lost the expensive goggles he borrowed from Gary at the Snowshack and he has also damaged his board quite badly ...
And it's much better news thank God.

Arron was not wearing his helmet which he of course now deeply regrets. Let this be a lesson for others, whether you are a fast or a slow skier/boarder - it's better to be safe than sorry.
He has asked me to thank you for all your messages of good wishes and hopes to be on line later this week.
good to hear pete- hope hes well soon and back on the board-
(you need to mate)- i had a bad accident racing in the early 80s at Cairngorm- got knocked out and had bad facial injuries (jaw broken)- got air lifted to inverness (only time in a helicopter and cant remember it)
as soon as i got discharged a few weeks later, called in at Aviemore to do a few runs before heading home- It was however, the end of my racing!- but kept me on skis so to say!
get well soon
