That's half term for you! I thought it was worse last year than the previous one. We unfortunately haven't been this year.

Look forward to hearing your detailed report.

Sorry for my late report! Yes very busy, half term. This was our first ski hol so nothing to compare it to. Stayed at the Samokov, food good. Plenty of choice. Live band were good in the restaurant during dinner. Slopes were packed. Fifteen of us in ski school. Tooooo many, but our instructor Angel was really really good. Plenty of snow, all day (Tuesday) I think. Various other snow falls. Top of the Gondola brilliant. Blue skies, and wide nursery slopes. Plenty of space (and thinking time) to practice those snow plough turns. The steep/long button lift up there takes a bit of getting used to!!!!! Shop owners hassle you a little bit. Vsited a couple of eateries. Very warm and welcoming, and never expensive. Would I ski again....Yes, but would like to try another ski resort. look out America. The runs there are fantastic by all accounts with much more breathing space!! and of course a lot more expensive. Borovete though was a good choice for a first time ski holiday. Any questions please ask.
