Absolutely amazing week. It's bloody late now though, so a more in-depth post will follow tomorrow or soon.
All in all, skiing was superb for the most parts. Tuesday was a complete write off, but apart from that I had five days of brilliant skiing. I'm not an expert by any means, so this may be the exact reason why... but, meh, it was good.
The runs in Borovets seem class. Personally enjoyed the long green trek down the mountain, although a bit patchy with ice at times.

Instructor was friendly, and all round a quality chap. Our ski group was cool too, a nice family, a couple, a few of my mates, and generally we all got along well.
Apres ski was cool. Gets a bit boring by the end of the week, but it took me to the last bloody evening to even find out Rila Hotel and Samakov (sp?) had nightclubs too.. (what a complete dick.)

The delicate stomach may be due to the high mineral content in the bottled water. In this country the maximum ph for our water is Ph 7 but in bulgaria the ph was around 9.5. Very high and was responsible for a number of our group feeling poorly. Once we started drinking a lower mineral content water the problems stopped.
