Eat out alot, the chinese restaurant was quite nice, the steak house was good but watch your bags ladies as some locals came in and tried to steal my friends bag off the table thinking we hadnt seen em but we stopped them in time. but that was the only mis hap all week. Mamacitas did lovely english breakfasts. Spent most of the week in Black tigers kareoke bar, which was really good, Hi to Alex and his staff.......... to be honest i didnt like the buzz bar but thats only my opinion.
Shopping very cheap, trainers bags etc but also alot of tourist crap really but thats just like anywhere you go on holiday,
Also even tho you may not be insured we hired some Quad bikes and went around the mountains and woods for an hour was great fun you can hire them near to where the drag lifts are, near the medical centre.
All in all even tho I was a first time boarder and had a wicked time but will go somewhere with a bit more night life next time but a good place for begginers. Have fun any1 whos going soon xxx
you sound like you had a wicked time, do you think my 3 kids aged 8 11 and 15 will enjoy borovets ? what is the food like and is it safe to walk around at night?
cheers for any reply
Our 2 love it aged 8 and nearly 7. Certainly safe for the older children and we didn't even feel we needed to watch ours every second last year so hopefully they will get even more freedom in under 2 weeks
