I've returned from Pamps today. I was staying in Zora hotel on 26/12-05/01. It is small and very nice. But next time I'll prefer BB rather than HB (the food does not generally differ from day to day-I heard such comments from people in other hotels as well) - there are a lot of nice restaurants in Pamps with very good and rather cheap food.

The snow cover is good (about 1 meter), but weather conditions sometimes made the skiing uncomfortable (first 3 days it was sunny, next 4 days it was rain with snow and fog on the slopes, the last 2 days is was fog and snow and temperature went down (about -3), but yesterday in the second half of the day sun appeared again).
Agree with the previous message - roads are owfull, but yesterday they try to clean them at the expense of hotels' administration.
For NY holidays (31/12-3/01) a lot of local people came and getting to the lifts took some time (up to half an hour). But yesterday crowds of Irish and English children arrived and this is worse than Bulgarians (long rows to the ski depot- from the ski depot on the second floor to the street, crowds on the down slopes, etc.).
Generally, I liked Pamps and it is a good place to spent a holiday.
