Just arrived home after a cracking week in Pamps. Unfortunately it did not include a great deal of skiing due to the conditions. Skiied two days only and then only to get to Bohemi's at Mid-Station. Snow is practically non existant. You can ski on the blue t-bar at mid station but its not good! The little snow they had Wed/Thursday was only enough to cover up the grass, mud and stones and was frankly quite dangerous. Because there wasn't enough of it, it was unprepared and sticky thus you had little or no control on the snow.

There is no skiing possible whatsoever on the mid-bottom station unless you like water skiing!!!

However, Pamporovo, for us is not just about the skiing, its the company, the craic and the atmosphere and whilst it was quiet, that still continued. We will certainly be going back as usual next year, 13th year for me.
Met loads of great new people and enjoyed the company of old friends too - just cracking!
