Got back today from a week in the hotel Prespa in Pamps. Went with 4 non skiers as a fairly experienced skier myself. Prespa was excellent especially for a 3 star, we were all in refurbished rooms which were very nice. Always something decent in the food department and the bar area cosy and comfortable. If anyone wants cheap food and drink the bar on the Rohzen hotel just up from the Prespa is ridiculously cheap - 2Levs a pint and 5 of us had two course luch with beers for about £18. ...

Atmosphere all round Pamps was excellent.
Only downer was the snow situation. Mon to Wed the green run down to the bottom was skiable but patchy in places but towards the end of the week it wasn't really worth wrecking my ski's on. However instructors did there best to keep the classes going mainly at the top of the main chair on the small drag run. Got 3 new people converted anyway so not a bad result. Feel bad for those just arriving as this week looks rather grim but hope for some of the white stuff.
