Just back from Pamps

Hi guys, just back from Pamps 16 - 22nd stayed at the Hotel Pamporovo and here are the high and low points.
Did'nt snow much while we were there so mud and rocks starting to show on major runs and very icy (did a nice face plant on ice)
went Ski dooing on our last day (sat 22nd) and it had snowed that night so lots of fresh snow ( but could'nt go boarding cos lift pass and hire had expired) negotiated 30 levs for 30mins for ski doos from Husky Hut near main chair lift at bottom ...

Lidvig, chicargo bulls the bell seller is still there and anoys the hell out of you, its hard to refuse them nicely after a few days.
Koko is not in BJs any more but it seems a bit more livelier, probably because the white hart has been knocked down.
Daks is the place to go now, Hi billy (the boss)
The Prositutes look better this year so beware of pretty girls standing around with no drinks in bars, I had to warn a middle aged guy about them cos he had thought he had pulled, and was buying them drinks all night in BJ's
Dont change your money in the hotel desk 2.5 lv per £, instead ask a porter in the perelik to change it and youl get 2.65 lv per £ and your quite safe!
No problems with double booking at hotel pamporovo, but the foods not very hot and not really to my liking (thank goodness for the italian resturant at the Perelik, great pizzas)
watch for snowboard number 98 (palmer board) the back bindings knackered!
New Equipment in casino at hotel pamps, Tip: play Roulette and put 1 credit on black and 1 on red and you dont loose any money (except if 0 comes out) but while you are playing you can drink for free!!!!!!!!!!!! I had 12 beers one night

Can you tell me if you still get bathrobes from the reception desk at the Hotel Pamporovo for use at the pool.Cheers. Can't wait to go.

i think i know the bell seller you are on about.... he gave me a free bell last year, a tiny one. I felt bad so on our return to the coach bought some for the family and spent about 60 levs, the guys a true salesman!!Italian in Perelik is indeed very nice - was it the one with the live singer? She was very good last time.
