Back from Pamporovo today and what a fab time. Stayed at Hotel Pamporovo with husband and 9 year old son and have no complaints whatsoever. We had hot water every night, comfy beds, clean towels every day etc etc. We did hear that people on floors 5 to 7 had trouble with hot water (we were on floor 3) and we did see one case of double booking for a large group but this was sorted the following day. The food was average, but then you can't go to Bulgaria and expect English food! There was something for everyone each night and it was hot. Food on the slopes was not cheap but was very good - The Lodge, The Brothers and the Snezhanka Tower were our favourites. The snow was perfect, we had clear blue skies for 6 days, our instructor was excellent (we were beginners) and the scenery was stunning. We used Ski Depot 1 and again had no problems. We went on the Ski doos (great fun), went bum boarding (fab) and saw the instructors ski show (stunning). Had a meal at the Italian Restaurant at the Perilik and this was good too. I hurt my hand and had to visit the medical centre for x-rays etc. This proved to be an hour round trip incuding treatment from friendly doctors. Not broken so only missed one day skiing. Transport to and from airport well organised and Balkan Hol Rep very helpful. All in all a fab holiday. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Hi
We go to the same hotel on the 5th March. Is there a kettle in the room for tea or did you use room service if so what cost? Was there a hair drier?
Its our first time, the info you gave sounds very useful, thanks we'll look up the restaurants you named. What did you wear in the evenings?
