Just back from Pamps

Got back this afternoon...Wow ..Pamps has the most snow i have seen for ages ...the conditions were purrrrrrfect...the slopes were purrrfect ...the hot wine was purrrfect..the chocolate and brandy was mmmmm..the hotel great....and i loved it.....

I have bought a plot of land in Bansko-I plan to hold it for a least 20 years.I should see a nice little return.

Its situated just behinf the gondola and has planning permission.

Its a business project- nothing to do with Bulgaria.

Like I say I am not a fan of Bulgaraia I prefer USA/switzerland.

Well there is more money to be made in Bulgaria than the USA!

Percentage return anyhow.I paid £300k for the land I expect it to be worth at Least 1 million in 10/15 years time

There will be a nice hotel on it and who knows I might even stay there! so you see if you have that sort of cash go US or Canada and leave us poor soles to enjoy the spoils of Bulgaria before you spoil it!
seriously, have enjoyed our banter tonight but must be shooting off now, wherever else you go enjoy the skiing!
