Just booked pamps!

def flying 27th Jan now, from newcastle, staying at the Prespa as we did last year as it was really nice...

going to take my boots on as hand luggage as they weigh about 10lbs which is just under 5kg do other people do this without problem? Flying with Balkan.

Hi Rach, I have taken my boots on as hand luggage before no problem as long as they are 5kg or under. But with the hand luggage restrictions at the moment I would not be so sure. News today says that the government plans to relax the hand luggage thing from next week but it is unclear what the airlines will do. So maybe best to check.

will do, thanks, figured that if they are under and the right size they can't really refuse though...

I'd argue lol. Will check though, i'll send an email now, if they say will be a prob i'll just take clothes in my hand luggage and put boots in main case!

we had to book ours in two years ago it was thomas cook and said you cant take them on board, maybe different airlines have different rules
