Just got back from Borovets...

...this morning and am very tired after being picked up from the Hotel Moura at 4:30am.
Conditions were excellent when I left, however, they had been even better earlier in the week (but blisteringly cold).
Parts of the Rila slopes were getting a bit icy and the blunt hire skis I was given were finding it tough work in places.
On the mountain the conditions were excellent, particularly by the far drag lifts. Some of the best conditions I've ever seen.

yes but on the Yastrebets runs (only available for snowboards) it was full of stones !!!!So finally only the 2 drag lifts were ineresting...

Tom,How was it for complete beginner snowbaording in general?
Am worried choice of runs will be rubbish and its now to late for me to change and do skiing instead!
