I stayed at the Perelik - but have opted for the Mourgavets for next year.
The bedrooms were ok... but to be on the 5th floor and still hear the thud thud of the disco on the ground floor at 3am wasn't fun. The food was OK and the room was basic, but otherwise ok. Did have BBC World so I could watch all about the demise of Gavyn and Greg last week - a torrid time for the BBC and I wasn't even there...
The one thing my instructor said when I told him I've booked Mourgavets for next ...

I think that because it is central and you have the shopping arcade linking you to the White Hart at one end through to BJ's in the basement of the Perelik at the other, that's why it wins.
The ski buses were fine, a bit rickety, and had no problems getting on them as we were at the start of the route. If you wanted to get on at the Pamporovo, there was quite often no space and you had to wait for the next bus. I tended to aim for the 9.30am bus so that I could get down to school ready for the 10am start - it's a pity only two people in the class of 12 could be bothered...
