re: KOTSI

Yes Andie, I went to see him when I was in Pamporovo in January. Kotsi has been our friend for years and actually stayed with us in Ireland one Summer. I was really annoyed when I saw him but hopefully he will get the feeling back in his arms soon. Hopefully will have a good wee sum of money for him!

I spoke to him when I was there on to ask a qustion about booking the restuarant for a party on behalf of a friend . I hope you don't think I have been indiscreet in posting info about him on the forum its just that I was so relieve to hear how positive he is. He is lucky to have good friends like you Very Happy Very Happy

re: KOTSI

Hi--this is the Kotsi with the bald head, big smile, doesn't smoke, grows spuds in the summer, does building work, wife Radka normally runs the little hut down by the back blue button lift. The post by Andie is as up to date as info I have--I will be calling him again tonight so I will try and update on here after that. He did say last week, that if all goes well he would hope to be going to a rehab type place in the spring--but that really depends on the recovery. I must admit I would love ...

I must admit I would love to hear some good news soon regarding the mobility in his arms.

re: KOTSI

Benson, thank you for the post and I hope when you talk with Kotsi things are moving along, albeit slowly. As I said the connection with Kotsi for me is my house build in Momchilovtsi.

Please keep us updated and although he might not remember me please pass on my regards. As a reminder you can say I am the friend of Nigel's who stays in Four Seasons Retreat when I am there.

I hope you hear some good news tonight. Andie

re: KOTSI

Kotse is a ski instructor for 28 years in Pamporovo.

I am sure many of you know him and know what a grate man and instructor he is.

Cross fingers he will recover from this awful accident and will be back.
I hope everyone of you will see the boxes with his photo left at the Ski Centre N1; Ski Centre N2 and Interski in every room there and will help Kotse with what you can.

re: KOTSI

Galina-Thanks for the reminder regarding the collection. I have just spoken to Kotsi, and he is still showing steady signs of improvement with his legs. With support he was able to walk about 10 mtrs today---doesn't sound much but it is a big move forwards. He is also now able to sit with help for about 20-30 mins at a time. The thing is all the muscles we take for granted (just even for sitting, lying, moving etc) are all very weak. Only very small change with the arms at the moment. He ...

He appreciates the contact with him, and the concern and thoughts from people..... and he remains optimistic that he will eventually be fully fit.
