My question is if anyone knows how close the Hotel Rila and hotel Lion in Borovets are. We are trying to book a party of 15 adults 1 child 2 infants for feb 06. The hotel Rila will not give us single rooms and it looks like some of the party may have to go to the Lion hotel. Also is there a taxi service that they may use at night.

Inghams reckon that it's 1.5km from resort centre (rila is in centre) but they run a shuttle bus

have you tried to book some single rooms in the Samokov?
I have one for March.
Also hotel Flora have single rooms..seems that hotel ELA is full!

The taxis are cheap and reliable especailly if there are several sharing at once!
