I love my steak so am interested to here some more opinions of the steaks in Katys, Borovets, as there are some mixed reviews....also any other recommendations both for meat eaters and veggies would be appreciated

try mama mia's steak house directly outside the rila. absolutey lovely and they cook the steak infront of you, say hello to george and basil.re: Katys steaks
Hi thereAte out at Katys a few times when last in Borovets. I would definately give it a try. If you like your meat go there, the steaks are amazing and you can also chose from a range of wines to chase it down.
We also had a friend who didn't eat Beef, although not many, there were a few other dishes to choose from that didn't include beef.
Katys is a must if you like your steaks. My Favourite dish was the steak with blue cheese mmmmmmmm. I want to go back now!!!!!!

We ate there on NYE. The steaks were fantastic, you can choose the size and the way you like them cooked. We ate there with a veggie and she said it was the best veggie meal she had whilst there and we all agreed it was the best meal we had all week.We ate in the Red Lion the night before and Katy's was far better we thought.

I think they will make the best steaks in town and Stefan the man at the stair up to offers you best steak ever or you haven't to pay. He never told me that this happend.Greetings from me the German to him.
Give it a try but for me this is overpriced as 90 percent of restaurants in Borovetz not worth the money.

superb meal for a decent price. even included a free packet of crisps at the start!!i also thought that design wise it was one of the best looking restaurants in the resort.
