Kids Goggles and Spectacles

Hi Everyone,

Just dawned on me that although I have got the kids goggles for this years Bansko trip, one of them has started wearing glasses since the last visit.

What's the norm? Prescription goggles? Go without glasses? Goggles over glasses? She's 7 if that makes any difference... Smile

Appreciate any help!!

Depends on severity of they're sight. Usually children manage without, unfortunately at my age my children bought me new goggles with prescrition lense(extra £30) inserts for Christmas.

I tried over the glasses goggles last year and was amazed how effective they were, didn't mist up at all well worth the money

SP - are the inserts fairly universal or do you need specific goggles to make it work?

John - any reccommended makes / types etc? I take it they are special goggles just for this purpose?

drop me a mail and will give you the details where I got my wife's (she has a small face) and the glasses she gets are normally in the kids range.

If you google OTG goggles it will bring up a wide range of makes
