Kids Ski School - help please

Hi to all. I'm organising a party of people to go skiing this year and we're thinking of going to Bulgaria as a change from France. However, we consist of 2 families with 4 children between us. 2 x 11 year olds and 2 x 5 year olds. We're concerned about the young ones and wander if anyone can tell us about the ski schools in Bansko. Both kids have skiied for the past 2 years! so they need a lot more than kindergarten.
