Last Minute Help!!

Hi there were off to bansko this friday morning from stansted!!! Just wondered if anyone knows what the best places for food and drink are, i have been told so far, Kafe Parfe, The Lions Bar and The Golden Fox??
Also Whats the must tried drink in Bulgaria what they drink locally i heard its called Ricka??

The Happy End at the gondola is also a nice bar when you finish skiing. Love the hairy bar stools there. They sometimes have live music too. Otherwise you have the right places but also do try the traditional mechanas for a meal. They are so nice and really cheap.
The local firewater is Rakia. Bit strong for me. Stuck to quadruple gin and tonics, wine and beer.

Rakia is very strong alcohol.
Boza is my favourite-non-alcoholic,sweet,very tasty drink,usually found is stores.Good with banitsa(cheese pastry) for a snack or breakfast.Enjoy!
