*The English Disease*

I find that quite offensive, i and several of my friends will be going to borovets next week for the third time. We are english, aged between 18-30 and have been known to have the odd or . We are never anything but courtous and respectful to are bulgarian hosts and fellow tourists.

Don't paint us all with the same brush where not all destructive idiots.

P.S. In my experience the chav behaviour is not limited to England's sons and is rife in the sons of other members of the union.

No point in hiding from the situation Mike. Nobody said it was ALL but the eliment is now there and it is not at all pleasant. They may only be isolated incidents, but nevertheless when you have to endure it, it is quite horrible.

If I described on here what I had to endure 4 years ago there would be a mass of complaints from my description of it. And YES they were all (about 8 of them) British and an absolute disgrace to mankind.

I too enjoy mayself to the full in Bulgaria and have done on 23 visits, and that can often lead to me getting drunk on several occassions, but that does not give me the right to act like an animal, and if I did I hope someone would give me a clip round the ear!

The english disease is alive and spreading Mike; I stated that it was the responsibility of decent english holiday makers to teach the morons how to behave. I know that every country has an element of idiots but unfortunately it is our country ENGLAND that has the majority. Perhaps the behaviour of our football hooligans has tarnished the english reputation but on a whole i think us english are far worse bahaved as a nation than the other home countries. From Tenerefe, New York, Sydney and Bulgaria I have witnesed appauling behaviour and language and guess what? It was from our nation England

I lived on a greek island for 5 years and thugs arent just brits! every month was the turn of another nation behaving moronically (each country would have diffarent holiday times) Its just brits mostly in bulgaria at the moment, maybe If they dont want to attract di** he**s they should not have so many ladies of the night offering their services at every glance! Its exactly what was always going to happen on my said greek Island they tried to get rid of yobs (not just brits) by shutting music off early and getting rid of english breakfast slammer bar type places and happy to report went back after 10 years away and they succeded, Think bulgaria will have to go through the whole process!
