How do things work, we will not arrive at hotel Pamporova until midnight and we start skiing the next morning( if we can get the teenager out of bed) Do you meet the rep(Thompsons) first or just hope you know what you are doing and head for the shack, as we have never skied before.re: Late arrival
You'll either get given the vouchers on the coach and directed where to go and have a welcome meeting in the evening or you'll meet your rep on the first morning and get your vouchers for skis / school and lift pass then.J

okay, we arrived very late to Pamps in January this year (weather was bad, so diverted from Plovdiv to Sofia), should have arrived about 9pm, didn't arrive until about 3am.
There was food waiting for us in our room (fruit, bread, cheese), but too tired to eat it. (This wasn't the Hotel Pamporovo)
The rep was in the hotel reception at about 08:45 the following morning to dish out lift passes (which required a deposit) and vouchers for ski school.
You're then directed down to the bus ...

Welcome meeting is during the evening of the first full night. (We didn't bother)
Every other morning is a lot easier.
