Le Chateau Bansko

Hello

Last year we went to Borovets and had a wicked time this year we have booked Bansko for Jan really looking forward to it. BUT we have booked a hotel that has no reviews on it what so ever on the whole of the internet. The name of the hotel is Le Chateau it says its about 5 mins away from the gondola please if anyone can let me know what it is like i would be very grateful.

Never heard of it, but if its near the gondola its probably one of the new places, hence no reference. One thing I can say is that in the bizarre twilight world of Bansko, '5 minutes away' usually means '5 minutes in a speeding car'. They should have a bus.

could be new this season thats why there are no reviews, so much building work has been going on. I have never heard of it either, hope you have a good yime

the tour operator gave me the name le chateau but i have just checked the tour operators website and the hotel is called Chateau Vaptarov so sorry. Thanks for the advice I think it did say they had a bus fingers crossed.

Found it on the map on this site, its on the very bottom, kind of in the middle, on the corner of Solun and Carica Joana.
