Hi, off to pamps next week. Beginners... my son (11) wants to board and I'm interested in learning to ski. I did like the idea of learning together by my friend assures me that we would be in different groups anyway even if we both board or ski - anybody have any info?re: Learning together

You can both go in beginners class to learn to ski together, they do mixed adult/children classes.

Yes boarding and skiing lesson's are not mixed. Don't panic your son will have a blast without you

Cheers - he is more than happy without me! It was me that fancied being together. I wonder if I should try boarding, but whatever we do he will be much better so I expect we would end up in different groups anyway.Thanks to all.

Boarding is great fun, but I would be surprised if you don't come back without a black and blue backside. impact shorts are a good buy and also wrist supportsre: Learning together
That is also true Pen at that age they have no fear and tend to pick it up much quicker than us adults
