Lift passes for under 7's

Last season there was a sign on the ticket kiosk at Pamporovo saying that under 7's do not require a lift pass. I don't know about this year, maybe somebody could have a look when they go this week and post details because this is asked very often.
Incidently in Bansko I asked about this at the gondola station and was told that even under 7's do require a lift pass. I did what the Romans do for the first few days ( took my daughter through with me) but bought a couple of daily passes ...
