Lift system in Boro

Can anyone who's been to Borovets recently tell me if the lift system there is old fashioned? I read on a web site that the ski club of great britain called it 'antiquated'.

Thats a strange description! "antiquated:-
not up to date with the main other European resorts, but getting there-
they have Gondolas, chairlifts etc, and the usual drag & button lifts as has everywhere.
Dont worry, the horse and carts dont take you up the slope!
Id rather have it this way than update all the lifts and hike up the prices!

You still have to swipe your lift pass to get on the lifts so its a good idea to get a pass holder. I found all the lifts fine, not that I have anything to compare it to as Borovets last week was my first time!
