Lift systems not working

Hi Guys according to the latest snow report there's more snow in Borovets than anywhere else in Bulgaria so why isn't all the lifts working. Excuse my ingnorance as it's only my second time sking

I would hazard a guess that they will need to piste the slopes before they open the lift to each one. May be wrong but at the top it must be pretty manic after yesterday !!!!!

The gondola won't operate if the weather is too cold - beware wind chill or if the wind is too high. The lifts on the top would also close if no one can get up there I suppose.

was wondering that myself with 4 of 13 lifts open. Have skied for many years and all the other resorts get any pisting done asap to get them open, even through the night.
any one more aware?
